Will Waggott – CEO Travelopia
Will spent the early part of his career with Coopers & Lybrand and Courtaulds Textiles plc, where he performed various senior group finance and divisional director roles. He entered the leisure travel industry when he joined Airtours plc in 1994 and held a number of positions including UK Leisure Group Finance Director. In 2001, he joined Thomson Travel Group as Finance Director, going on to become Chief Financial Officer of TUI Tourism in 2006. Will joined the Board of TUI Travel plc on 28 June 2007 as Commercial Director of the Group. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of TUI Travel plc in November 2010.
In December 2014, on the merger of TUI AG and TUI Travel PLC to form TUI Group, Will was appointed CEO of the Specialist Travel division, which then included Hotelbeds Group (since sold) and Laterooms (since sold). Will became CEO of Travelopia in May 2016.
Will’s hobbies include skiing, scuba diving and he loves spending time with his daughter.

Martin Froggatt – Managing Director Expeditions, Education & Events – Travelopia
Martin Froggatt has been with TUI Travel for more than 10 years, starting out as Vice President of Operations for Europe Express in 2006. He subsequently became President of Europe Express, and then Managing Director of the North American Specialist and Activity division based in Seattle. Since January 2013, Martin has been Managing Director of the North American Specialist, Education and Sport division. Here, he has been managing four portfolios of SME, consisting of 48 individual businesses based in Europe, USA and Australia.
Prior to TUI, Martin had a wealth of experience in the industry as Sales Director at First Choice, as well as Manager for Sales at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. He started his career in travel at 26, working as a ski and holiday rep.
Martin lives in Guildford with his wife and 3 children, he is a keen cyclist, family taxi and enthusiastic skier.

Mathew Prior, Managing Director, Tailormade & Marine – Travelopia
Mathew Prior started his career in travel more than 20 years ago, working as a ski rep. He ran a dotcom startup from 1999-2001, before joining First Choice in 2001. Between 2001 and 2008, Mathew held Managing Director roles of various activity holidays brands for First Choice & subsequently TUI Group.
In 2008 Mathew was appointed Managing Director of Crystal Ski, and in 2010 added the Tailormade UK & Ireland tour operators to his portfolio to form the Specialist Holidays Group. Mathew took on responsibility for the Marine business at the end of 2012.
Mathew lives in Brighton with his family and enjoys skiing, sailing, and all sports that are based upon a moving ball.
